• We will send an email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number.

• Your order can be tracked by visiting www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/ and entering the provided tracking number.

• We aim to dispatch items within 24 hours.

• Delivery time after dispatch can be subject to unforeseen delays which we cannot be held accountable for.

• In the unlikely event of a lost parcel, we cannot be held accountable. We will do our best to provide the right resources to submit a claim through Royal Mail. 

• Should your parcel go missing, contact us at postcodeclothing@gmail.com. Please provide the date of purchase, tracking information and a brief description of what the order contained.

• For all orders outside of the UK they may require an import fee once reached the destination country. We are not held liable for any fees and by placing an order confirms you have acknowledged this and will pay additionally if any fees do occur.
